Non-Refundable Items: 2.1 Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital services like our Prop Firm System licenses or expert advisors, after full access has been granted.

Refund Process: 3.1 To initiate a refund, contact our Customer Support Team at support@primetech-ea.com with your order details and the reason for the refund. 3.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Trading Assistance and Prop Firm Service Agreement

  1. Introduction: This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Prime Tech EA will assist customers in trading and managing their investments.

  2. Service Description: 2.1. Trading Assistance: We assist customers in trading to help them pass the challenge phase of their trading platforms. 2.2. Management Service: Following the challenge phase, we offer investment management services, overseeing and managing trading activities on behalf of the customer.

  3. Fees and Compensation: 3.1. Fees for trading assistance and management services are communicated upfront. 3.2. Additional fees or charges, if any, will be communicated in writing.

  4. Client Responsibilities: 4.1. Clients provide necessary access to trading platforms, including login credentials. 4.2. Clients agree not to interfere with or alter trades during the assistance or management period.

  5. Confidentiality: 5.1. All client information and trading strategies are kept confidential. 5.2. Client credentials are used solely for the service purpose.

  6. Liability & Risks: 6.1. Trading involves risks, including the potential for losses. The Company is not liable for losses or shortfall in expected profits. 6.2. The Company exercises due diligence but accepts no liability for losses.

    Risk Disclosure: 6.3. Volatility: Financial markets are volatile, with rapid price changes. 6.4. Leverage: High leverage can amplify both profits and losses.

  7. Termination: 7.1. Both parties can terminate the agreement with a [30-day] written notice.

  8. Amendment: 8.1. Any agreement changes require written consent from both parties.

  9. Dispute Resolution: 9.1. Challenge licenses are one-time payments and not refundable. Disputes will be addressed through mutual discussions.
